Job Description

Around 5-6 Years of Experience performing upgrades, implementations and installations of Dynamics GP Great Plains ERP , preferably experienced in GP all versions Must have experience juggling multiple projects simultaneously including Implementations, upgrades and support tasks and take up application ownership. Good knowledge of Great Plains development aspects of customizations/extensions, interfaces and reports. Work with , help & Support the technical/functional team specially leads, business analysis and the test team to overcome their gaps between real world and system (Dynamics Great plains) , Producing business flows, functional understanding documents, training guides related to MS Dynamics great plains. Document business processes, fit/gap analysis, functional design documents, testing scripts, training documents and updates on progress throughout the implementationTechnical Skills: Full lifecycle application development; Tailor software solutions, customizations and enhancements for customers using Microsoft Business Solutions GP and Small Business Manager products. Strong software development experience, ability to use development tools including Microsoft Dexterity and .Net to develop software on top of MS Dynamics GP. Well versed knowledge & understanding of MS SQL server, develop stored procedures. Investigating, analysing and replicating issues and providing support to customers. Perform tuning improvement on software, development best practices and performance considerations.understand the functional requirements based on functional design documents. Experience in building Technical Design Documents from Functional and Business requirements. Development of high quality code and perform unit testing based on the requirements. Having hands on in SQL Reporting SSRS, SQL server Integration. Experience in debugging, exception handling and unit testing & deployment and data migration from legacy systems.Job Level Specific Duties: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal & interpersonal skills both oral and written along with ability to multitask and has strong analytical skills Self-directed and self-motivated , Should be innovative in delivering client advice and solutions and have the ability to grow client relationships Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships Enthusiastic about serving customers and learning new skills and technologies Accurately and timely meeting project objectives.
