    • Sales ManagementBuilding New Book through Acquisition of NTB & CBG clientsDaily Calls minimum 2 fresh calls, Day Plans to be sent every dayVisit Plan of target customer to be published in advance (Weekly)Call reports to be marked same day or next day (Max) with copy to WBG RM & Supervisor for all calls NTB / CBG BaseCustomer details to be updated in APT on daily basisNew to Bank CustomersScope the Market and Identify Corporate Clients for new Acquisition of CPS productsWork on the assigned CBG / LM DatabasePublish progress report for all assigned Data base - WeeklyMaintain Daily Sales TrackerAccount ManagementHand holding of account during Implementation phase Product FAQs, Card Activation, Early Activation, RTO curingImplementation of value add servicesCSPSDG-2ERP IntegrationTrack payments for zero delinquencyTimely renewal for seamless servicesPHR & Wallet ShareMonthly Review of accounts aiming to Portfolio DeepeningMinutes of discussion to be marked to customer & Printout of the mail to be filed for reviewMaintain Volume Growth across all productsCross sellCross selling of other banking products like CASA / GI / One Assist to each and every customer met
    • Source Retail cards and Asset products in the portfolioRelationship ManagementBuild and Manage Relationship with internal and external ChannelsWorking closely with CBG / Corporate Salary teams for NTB as well as portfolio customers
    • Needs to Manage service delivery to ensure special customer experience
    • Working Closely with Product team to provide customized solutions to the corporates
