Outbound & Inbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources. Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Must be energetic, well-spoken, eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization. Key Skills Inside Sales, Telesales, B2C Sales, Sales Experience, Voice Process, Microsoft Office, English, Hindi Required Experience and Qualifications Candidates should have a Minimum of 6 month prior work experience in Inside sales/Telesales/B2C Sales/Voice Process. Must be comfortable in doing sales over phone calls. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability. Decision making skills. Must be proficient in English & Hindi with One south indian Language /Kannada /Tamil/ Telugu/ Malayalam/ Marathi will be an advantage for the candidate.
