Job Description

  • Online Activations
    • Working with multiple agencies for content creations, promotional asset development
    • Planning and management of Social Media, digital push, PR, execution of on-ground and influencer marketing
    • Coordination with category/central marketing teams on multiple marketplace and DTR partner
    • Measurement of efficacies of marketing efforts for every campaign
  • Accelerate the Go To Market of Private Label launches within host of categories on Amazon and Flipkart
  • Improve current licensee offerings (20+ licensees and 30K+ SKUs) on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra in terms of
    • establishing a uniform standard of cataloguing, content creation, product attribute listing and tagging
    • better utilization of platform features to enhance product discoverability and conversions
    • enhanced participation on activations on platform either Disney/portal led
    • Track non-DTR platform wise detailed sales (category and franchise wise) of all the licensees on regular basis
  • Work in close coordination with both Brand and Marketplace category teams to identify key gaps and its alignment through select licensees (e.g. Increasing the SKI portfolio on Flipkart/ Amazon )
  • Expand touchpoints with 8+ categories and marketing teams per platform so to increase option count and improve visibility and at the same time enable strategic offline licensees to be ecom ready (e.g. party wear continues to be a key gap online for girls)
  • Monitor retail piracy on the online sales channels, record and escalate this basis the set internal processes, follow up on swift resolution of the same
