At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.Job Responsibilities:Design and develop technical solutions for the eCommerce project.Leverage the latest technologies to maximize the performance of the e-commerce application.Architect overall technical design for enterprise-level e-commerce applications; document the details in technical design document then engage with team of developers to build and implement the solution.Be the master of problem-solving for any difficult problems and complex issues.Create, communicate, and maintain best practices and coding standards for the team. Hold the development team accountable to follow these best practices.Responsible for providing technical leadership throughout the project life-cycle. Provide guidance in designing, user interface, technology integration, and interfacing with the client technology and management teams.Proactively learn latest releases features and apply useful features in the production system.Closely monitor the health of production systems and meet Cadence critical application SLA.Job Qualifications:Must be technical subject matter expert with 8-10 years IT experience of leading, developing, and implementing enterprise-wide solutions with focus on the digital eCommerce domain.Experience in IBM WebSphere Commerce Server (WCS) Version 7. x or 8.x from requirements analysis through design, development, deployment and transition to support. Experience in HCL Commerce 9.x to design and develop solutions with Headless architecture.Experience in Java / J2EE architecture and UI/UX web development including Servlet, EJB, JMS, and REST, XML, JavaScript, Node.js, React etc.Hands-on experience in WebSphere Commerce sub-systems - Trading, Catalog, Order, Member, Payment, etc) and Toolings (CMC, Accelerator, DataLoad, etc)Strong understanding of the WCS run-time framework, Struts, front-end components, WCS tag libraries, WCS EJB, and Web Services. Hands-on experience for payment gateway integration with Commerce product for different payment types like credit card, ACH, Paypal etcExperience in RDBMS (Oracle) and WCS Database Tables (Extension, Custom)Experience in Integration/Interfaces of WCS with Middleware, SOA Web Services with SOAP and RESTExperience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (Version Control, build tools, Linux shell script etc.). Experience with containers is a value add.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Experience with backend system integration with Salesforce CRM, SAP financial systems will be a plus.Bachelor s degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent experience.Additional Skills/Preferences: Good written & verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsSelf-motivated, passionate for technology, and strong driver for results and continual improvement.We re doing work that matters.
