Job Description

  • Responsible for the transport P&L for eCommerce business thus ensuring a sustainable business model
  • Responsible to design a pro customer transport policy for the eCommerce business which also respects the bottom line
  • Ensure the users get the right product in the right place and at the right time and have an amazing last mile experience
  • Responsible to manage and develop our partnership with third party logistics company
  • Responsible for new vendor identification, evaluation, negotiations and finalization
  • Responsible to develop and implement new delivery strategies for Decathlon
  • To provide the best delivery experience to our users by ensuring orders are delivered in time and ensuring the right information is available at all times for users and the team
  • Responsible for vendor Management and vendor development .
  • Monitor customer experience and develop best practices to improve it
  • Responsiblity to could range between the Transport mangement for a city upto a zone based on the business or the scope that needs to be handled.
YOUR PROFILE
  • You are a passionate sports person.
  • You have at least 2 years experience in the logistics industry , specific to the Last Mile.
  • You are analytically strong, data driven and able to perform analyses to identify opportunities and take proactive measures to ensure better customer experience
  • You have good communication and negotiation skills to work cross functionally and manage multiple parties expectations, build relationships, persuade, and influence key partners
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and out of the box thinker
