Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Develop test automation concept, framework, and strategy in short time frames for different testing requirements in interoperabilityDesign comprehensive test automation architecture that manages interactions with the following infotainment modules HMI, Speech and Media, SPI(Android Auto, CarPlay), Connectivity (BT, BLE, Wi-Fi etc), Networking (CAN, Ethernet, etc).Develop and improve the software infrastructure for remote interoperability automation testing in different regionsOwn the development of processes for test automation and improve testing activities for new testing requirementsIdeate test procedures for new technologies (ex. Health care, non-automotive, Home Appliance etc.) and support in development of test concepts and test frameworksSkills: 6+ years total experience in test automation, preferably in the wireless technology domain3+ years extensive experience in Python scriptingWork experience on Wireless Connectivity technologies like, BT, BLE, Wi-Fi etc2+ years hands-on experience with automation frameworks and technologies like Robot Framework, Appium and SeleniumHands-on experience in leading a small sized team for design and development of test automation frameworkPractical knowledge of an automation server like Jenkins and source code management software like GitProven experience as a self-starter and solutions provider on short timescalesExperience in infotainment device features is desired for,o HMI, Speech, SPI (Android Auto, CarPlay, Baidu CarLife etc.)o Networking (CAN, Ethernet, etc.), Media (USB)Prior experience in implementation of design patterns and ability to maintain medium-sized codebasesKnowledge of remote development protocols such as VNC, WebRTC is a big plusKnowledge of IoT protocols such as MQTT, CoAP and IoT wireless technologies such as BLE, Zigbee is a big plusExcellent problem-solving skills with multi-disciplinary solution development (Some electronics/mechanical parts development) experience is a plusExcellent communication and coordination skills while working in multi-site environment,
