Job Description

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:

  • To ensure delivery of IOP test services for customer products with various connectivity technologies
  • Project Management (Planning, Estimation, Schedule, Tracking, Risk Management, Reviews, Audits)
  • Handling a team of 8 to 10 resources from various regions, with multiple customer contacts
  • Ability to work independently and interact seamlessly with the customers at different regions
  • Support in capacity planning, competence build up of the team
  • Lead and drive project for Business Acquisition, Cost and Estimation, Roadmap and Strategy topics
  • Engage and release commercial offers for generated leads
  • Market Potential Analysis and strategy for automotive and non-automotive customers
  • Tracking projects across regions for KPIs - Cost, Growth, EBIT and Productivity
Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong project management & people management skills
  • RBEI Process knowledge (Qualified PMQ-L1/E certificate)
  • Experienced in handling Automotive (Infotainment) testing projects
  • Good knowledge/experience on any of the Connectivity technologies like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, SPI (Android Auto, Apple Car Play etc.), UWB, NFC etc
  • Experience in concurrently handling multiple projects. Should have successfully handled at least a complete life cycle of project as a Lead and successfully handled customers
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills is a must
  • Willingness to provide hands on guidance to the project teams as part of steering the projects forward
  • Willing to work independently and develop new business opportunities
