Job Description

    Manager LocalisationAs a Manager of the Operations team, you are responsible for the overall functioning andperformance of the department, with regards to daily operations and personnel development.Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining the teams quality yield and on-time delivery for allclients.ResponsibilitiesResponsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations in your team. Responsible for driving a metrics-driven operating culture. Responsible for overseeing the implementation of process and/or quality procedures for the department.Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline workflows and processes.Responsible for implementing corrective/ preventive actions whenever necessary. Responsible to work with Quality leads and managers to improve overall quality of subtitles delivered by the team and come up with initiatives that make the work faster, easier andincrease overall quality.Responsible for driving software/tool automation/enhancements.Preferred from Media and Entertainment background.
