Job Description

    Job Title: Education Counselor (Sales)Location: [Bangalore]We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Education Counselor to join our dynamic sales team. This position is responsible for driving sales by proactively reaching out to educational institutions, organizations, and potential clients, promoting our innovative educational technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services.Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive outbound sales efforts to engage educational institutions, organizations, and potential clients.
    • Promote our educational technology solutions and demonstrate their value.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and forecast sales opportunities.
    • Participate in virtual meetings (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and provide presentations to stakeholders.
    • Work toward and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive optimal service and product solutions.
    Qualifications:Experience:
    • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
    • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities with experience navigating complex sales cycles.
    • Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical product details and their application in the education sector.
    Technology Proficiency:
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing leads and sales activities.
    • Proficiency in email marketing tools, cold calling, and virtual meeting platforms.
    Education:
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred.
