Job Description

Create state-of-the-art concepts to simulate Systems in a virtual execution environment
Mindset to scale software and services towards the leading vehicle trends automated, electrified and connected
Design system architecture, prepare design methodologies for Simulation Software in C++
Service oriented architecture style of software design
Collaborate and contribute in an engaged and dynamic team
Mentor the team technically and responsible for following clean coding principles
Accountable for the quality criteria
Drive the team towards zero defect strategy
Provide clarity and ideas on technical topics

10+ years of Software development experience
Expert OO-development knowledge
Strong in software design and architecture
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong in OS concepts, resource sharing etc.
Very good C++ 11/14 programming expertise
Have experience in handling multiple projects
Expertise in preparing UML diagrams
Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Expertise in one or all of the below topics would be an added advantage
- AUTOSAR
- ASAM-XIL
- Automotive networks
- Co-Simulation concepts
- Functional Mockup Interface
- Scrum practices
- Python programming
