Job Description

  • The Architect is responsible for leading project team for SW development of In Vehicle Infotainment systems
Key responsibilities include:
  • Requirements analysis and clarification
  • Prepare concepts & design for HMI & HMI Framework
  • Technical clarifications with stakeholders
  • Team engagement, motivation and competency build-up
  • Ensuring quality of deliverables
  • Risk identification and escalation to Project Manager
Mandatory Skills:
  • C++, UML, OOAD and Design patterns
  • UI development on tools like QT, CGI, Altia, IAR-VS, Rhapsody etc.
  • GUI technologies like widgets, animations and graphics
  • Hands on experience with Multimedia application development
  • Embedded Linux or Android
  • Usage of Communication Frameworks: CCA, D-bus, RPC, Service Discovery etc.
  • Development environment setup including build environment
  • Embedded development tools and methodologies
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self driven and strong inter-personal skills
Desirable Skills:
  • Tools knowhow: Requirement Management tools (e.g.: DOORS), Online tracking tools (e.g.: JIRA, Rational Team Concert etc), Design tools (EA)
  • Experience in Agile based development
