Serve as the functional lead for the EIM IPD competency in BangaloreAct as the primary liaison with the Boston based EIM - IPD teamProvide direct oversight and leadership to the SPDRS Data Ops Support, Xinnovation, Product reference data Support and other teamsResponsible for the day-to-day activities as well as the long term strategic contributions of the Bangalore teamResponsible for the coordination and communication of all BAU/Support/Projects undertaken by the Bangalore BA teamLead the Bangalore BA team to support the management of our product lines, including internally and externally facing websites on AEM Platform and applications by demonstrating functional expertise and domain knowledge to:Drive project deliverables and manage day-to-day tasks and activities;Work closely with Product Managers to consult with business partners in defining, scheduling, and implementing enhancements and new releases;Support Product Manager communications with site sponsors, stakeholders, partners and business users;Collaborate with team members across project management, development, data suppliers, and quality assurance on project execution and roll out;Learn, understand, and document business requirements;Develop test plans and perform hands-on testing of complex system functions;Document and prioritize defect reports for use by development team;Ensure quality rollout, implementation, and support;Generate effectiveness metrics and conduct analysis;Produce project status reports;Participate in project and working group meetings;Should Gain expertise on Products, Product Central, SSGA.com, SPDRS.com and other global sites .Gathering business requirements via interaction with end users and other teamsAnalyzing requirements and breaking them down into actionable functional specifications to be used by Development teamsConverting business requirements into test casesCoordination across technical teams and oversee the development processConducting IT testing and user testing activitiesProject planning and communication to the stakeholdersBug fix verification and validation.Working closely with QA team to ensure their test cases / regression suite are updatedPerform other job duties as required by the Product Team and the Manager.,
