This role will work on the brands visual identity, messaging approach, advertising strategies, public relations (PR), customer advocacy and executive communications. This is a highly engaging role and an excellent opportunity to play an important part in ekincares journey and will require the leader to wear multiple hats in building the leadership aspects of the brand across all stakeholders - B2B, B2B2E, ekincares employees and in the Media. Responsibilities: 1) Be the brand custodian - be data-driven in analysing the brands current and evolution of the brands positioning2) Develop clearly defined consumer insights and methodologies leveraging external influences (Research), Customer Share-of-Voice (SoV) and Buyer Personas3) Develop end-to-end, measurable and creative advertising campaigns for Brand, B2B and B2E Demand Gen programs working with respective stakeholders; know-how of ad-tech platforms in terms of deriving insights and reporting4) Articulate the brands vision and mission in all aspects of Marketing and other Go-To-Market functions5) Monitor all customer and prospect-facing platforms, market trends, research buyer and consumer markets and competitors activities to develop insights that will influence customer acquisition6) Devise innovative growth strategies that will help reach audiences more effectively and creatively7) Develop a deep understanding of the industry to craft thoughtful and engaging press-related outreach working with the delegated PR agency8) Identify and create insightful press pitches working across the organization Requirements: 1) Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in Marketing, Advertising & Media Planning2) Ability to craft communication to both internal and external audiences; PR experience is a bonus3) Data and result-oriented approach to all aspects of marketing4) Hands-on experience in developing Brand and Communications strategies and overlay experience with the overall Marketing calendar5) Excellent understanding of leveraging the entirety of the Marketing Mix6) Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ad-tech platforms and other tools for various tracking and analytics7) Experience in B2B SaaS in a fast-growth startup is a bonus Good to have Experience: Brand Management and PR in HR Tech SaaS-based solutions,
