Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced and efficient Electrical Supervisor to join us. Strong technical expertise and a detail-oriented approach are key to this job role. Apart from possessing these skills, you should also display sound management skills.You will be responsible for preparing work schedules and assigning tasks to the technical staff. Besides, you should be able to motivate your team members to perform diligently and professionally. You will be reviewing the departmental budget and managing inventory purchases.You will be supervising on-site operations and reporting any accidents to the senior management. Moreover, you should hold strong administrative skills to conduct clerical activities such as preparing reports, maintaining payroll records, and timesheets.If you can handle all these responsibilities effortlessly then do write to us.ResponsibilitiesPreparing and assigning work schedulesSupervising and motivating team membersEnsuring proper handling and maintenance of electrical equipmentMaintaining safety standards and adhering to electrical codesProviding help in installing electrical equipment like panel boards, enclosures, or any other electrical systemsTroubleshooting and repairing electrical issues/malfunctioning as and when requiredReviewing work procedures and suggesting improvement measuresMonitoring and handling inventory purchasesEstimating and preparing budgetsDocumenting all inventory purchasesHiring, training, and evaluating performances of new employeesCoordinating with on-site personnel like electricians, contractors, and architects to ensure proper workflowSupervising on-site electrical operations and reporting any major issues to the senior managementCoordinating with the on-site Electrical Engineer to review any design requirementsConducting labor and material estimatesInspecting and interpreting any remodeling projectsProviding moral and technical support when neededAny interested candidate should submit his/her CV resume to our email address:hidden_email
