You will be involved in exciting and challenging projects in the cutting edge field of UAS technology.Electronic lab technician work on development and prototype of real time embedded hardware for unmanned aerial system applications. Position will also involve working on a variety of research projects in developing embedded electronics for unmanned aerial systems.Specific Responsibilities:Soldering through hole and SMD components as per IPC standard Multilayer PCB board assembly including work and rework Integration of embedded hardware in prototype stage Use reference documentation and interpret diagrams and schematics to effectively test, troubleshoot, fault isolate and repair electronic and electrical subassemblies. Qualifications: Diploma/ Bachelors degree in ECE/ ICE/ ETC/ EEE/ Electronics or other related fieldDesired Characteristics: Experience in work/ rework and be able to solder component up to 0402 is must Hands-on experience with PCB assembly is must Knowledge of basic electronics circuit is desired Hands-on experience with all type of soldering and crimping tools are desired Build, test and troubleshoot cable harnesses Read and create wiring schematics Soldering certification by IPC is desired Experience in Crimping of JST, Molex, CAT5, CAT6 and RF cable is desired. Knowledge of test equipment such as power supplies, pulse generators, load banks, data acquisition systems is a plus Knowledge of design for EMI / EMC compliance shielding is a plus Maintain clean work environment ESD process and controls experience Basic Computer skill including MS Word and Excel in must Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Self-driven, ability to work independently Please mention the Job Reference Number in the subject line of the emai,
