Your primary responsibilities will be:Schedule high volume interviews logistics for internal and external candidates, coordinating calendars, room bookings, candidate travel, security passes, and sending meeting noticesCommunicate via email and phone with both internal/external candidates and hiring managers, and ensure excellent candidate and hiring manager experience through prompt follow up and regular communicationProvide supporting documents to hiring managers such as interview guides, candidate resumes, and interview packets within established SLAWork with recruiters and be the point of contract in relation to interview schedulingDevelop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
