Acting under general supervision, the incumbent will utilize their general HR Employee Experience knowledge to administer complex processes related to the delivery of HR Employee Experience services within Kandla, Gandhidham, Gujarat location.Principal AccountabilitiesDevelop, implement and execute HR services/operations strategies, policies, programs and processes: 40%Draws upon basic HR Services/Operations knowledge and/or basic understanding of the business environment, requirements, and strategies to design new, and/or update existing, HR Services/Operations specific strategies, policies, programs, and processes for a business/functions and/or specific client group.Under direct supervision, assists with the adoption/implementation, execution and maintenance of HR Services/Operations strategies, policies, programs and processes.Under direct supervision, assists with providing consult to HR and business managers and supervisors regarding the interpretation and delivery of complex HR Services/Operations policies, programs and processes.Utilizes basic HR Services/Operations knowledge to assist with HR Services/Operations projects.Collaborate with market Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Talent Performance, Compliance Partners, HR Operations, Business HR & Business Managers regarding strategies, policies, program & processes implementationLeverage and enforce processes and technologies to support delivery of services in depth understanding of service delivery model, be a champion of processes and lead the site specific amendments if anyRelationship Management: 30%Utilizes basic HR Services knowledge to provide consult/advise to HR and business managers/supervisors on HR Services/Operations issues/activities.For a geography and specific client group, develops HR Services/Operations related communications regarding strategies, policies, programs, and processes for distribution to employees, business leadership, HR etc.Assists with the design and delivery of HR Services/Operations training/education sessions for employees, HR professionals, and/or supervisors/managers in the business.Assists with activities related to the selection of vendors and assists with basic activities associated with the ongoing vendor relation &interactionCulture Steward: 15%Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processesExpress, model and reinforce a process-honoring cultureGovernance and Compliance: 15%Assists with the design and execution of the HR programs governance framework.Under direct supervision, consults HR and business managers/supervisors in regards to variances exceptions to HR.Services/Operations policies and programs and champions defined governance process for approvals.Establishes accountability measures and processes that enforce and ensure compliance to interpret and implement complex/ambiguous policies.Other relevant information to the positionTravel within market location if required.Flexible and need to work in shifts., Education, Experience, SkillsRequired QualificationsMBA in HR or equivalent6-8years of experience in operations and/or human resources, preferably within West Region, IndiaPrevious experience in employee experience-related market service areas such as production staffing, onboarding and assimilation, local training delivery, performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programsExperience anticipating issues, problem solving and implementing solutions, including referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management, and improving efficiency, quality, cost and productivityDemonstrated experience positively influencing and collaborating with business and HR leadersDemonstrated strong business acumen. Knowledge of multiple businesses, functions, and processes as well as solid knowledge of business and functional issues, and proven track record to positively impact business results.Experience in Mfg plant & shared services is an added advantageGeneral leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills - ability to thrive as part of a local market teamCapability to innovate and integrate HR practice around critical business issuesCompetence in connecting people to each other leveraging technology and processes where appropriate.Fluent in English and south Indian languages.
