  • Develop BAO workflows using OOB BAO adapters.
  • Understand the dependencies and work with variables in BAO workflows
  • Able to configure BAO adapters & troubleshoot for any issues.
  • Work with administrators and subject matter experts to design, implement, and maintain BAO solutions and services.
  • Systems Integration experience using various technologies, including but not limited to web services, HTTP and CLI a must
  • Intermediate knowledge of XML and related technologies a must
  • Existing proficiency of XPATH / XSLT nice to have, if not must be able to learn quickly
  • Develop, test and deploy automated workflow in support of the IT business
  • Involves not only using the automation tool but also the creation of custom scripts
  • Ensure security and controls standards are met and followed
  • Provide consulting to groups with questions about automation tools (i.e. help understand what is possible)
  • Assist Run team in break-fix support when required

  • Experience in one or more of the following BMC automation tools [ Control M , Bladelogic , Atrium orchestrator]
Technical skills required
  • Intermediate knowledge of XML and related technologies a must
  • Existing proficiency of XPATH / XSLT nice to have, if not must be able to learn quickly
  • Database (Sybase, MSSQL & Oracle ), Tomcat and Java experience is a plus
  • scripting and automation tools experience with one or more of the following: Java, Perl, Shell Scripting, Bash, XML, XBRL, PHP, Ruby
  • Includes creation of technical specification from business requirements
  • Involves not only using the automation tool but also the creation of custom scripts
  • Good understanding operating systems & administration [ Windows , Unix ]
  • Learn and evolve our Agile development practices and use of TFS to plan and manage all aspects of our development pipeline.
  • Apply / enforce standard development and Agile practices and processes for the automation tools
  • Ensure security and controls standards are met and followed
Non technical skills required
  • Excellent communication skills, strong analysis and problem solving skills
  • Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management
  • Strong organizational / project management skills with ability to manage numerous deliverables in a timely and effective manner
  • Self-confident individual with high level of ambition, self motivation and dedication
  • Be able to maintain and influence a diverse internal network of stakeholders, setting expectations both for technical and non technical (management)
  • Be a problem owner and solver with a logical approach to solving issues
  • Self-motivated and excellent team player
  • Must have high standard of written English and good level of spoken English
