Job Description

    Job Title: Engineer - ITJob Code:OMH/E-I/hidden_mobileRoles and Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving daily IT issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, Windows OS, LAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
    • Handle system installation, configuration, and maintenance of vendor products.
    • Generate and manage IT support tickets, assigning tasks to relevant teams, and ensuring resolution within SLA.
    • Support the resolution of incident, change, and problem management requests per business requirements.
    • Prepare and submit IT reports to leads and managers on a daily basis.
    • Ensure timely support services to all employees while maintaining high service levels.
    • Maintain and track IT asset inventory.
    • Ensure endpoint compliance, including antivirus, encryption, and Windows patch updates.
    • Create PowerPoint presentations and reports using Excel as required.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.
    • Experience in ticketing systems and IT service management.
    • Knowledge of endpoint compliance, including antivirus, encryption, and patch management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
