You are responsible for infrastructure operations, Alert and Remediation management and deployment management of MS Windows ATP, Azure ATP, Symantec VIP and Wireless intrusion prevention systems along with other security operational activities focused on End user computing, data center based compute devices.You Provide hands-on technical expertise to deliver secure hybrid products and services, including driving improvements in standards and processes.You have good written and oral communication skills in English language, presentation skills and experience in dealing with global teams.If you want to be part of a growing business, have a strong interest in learning new technologies and implementing innovative solutions to business challenges, and are passionate about winning, get in touch with us to explore the exciting opportunity at Citrix.Position OverviewThis position reports to Manager IT security operations responsible for Securing IT assets such as Business Systems, End user devices, Network devices and other production environments within Citrix. This is a individual contributor role with responsibility for securing Citrix IT landscape.The ideal candidate needs to have 6-8 years of experience in security administration for End user computing devices, Data center compute devices, etc. Experience in Windows Defender ATP, Azure ATP, Symantec VIP and Wireless intrusion prevention systems will be plus.Roles and Responsibilities

• Being part of security operations function to ensure: a) customer data is secure and private, b) Citrix systems are protected and c) Citrix meets all governance and compliance obligations.
• Perform Security Operations activities, updated SOPs and establish best-practices.
• Manage Alerts coming from WIPS, Symantec VIP and Windows Defender ATP, Azure ATP infrastructure and perform remediation activities and be responsible for infrastructure hosting these systems including system administrative tasks
• Work across Product and Support teams to ensure Citrix Services and Products are secured and protected.
• Drive operational and technical service improvements to meet security goals.
• Provide technology subject matter expertise to the IT Security Operations Team.
• Assess, detect, and make recommendations for issues affecting the security, integrity and availability of the production environment.
• Responsible for monitoring the health of overall security and technology items and responding to events.
• Perform change management activities on security tools and technology according to SOPs.
• Ensure that technical security controls are implemented and maintained in a consistent, cohesive, and appropriate manner in order to reduce risks to key business activities.
• Identify areas for service improvements.
• Participate in the security operations on-call rotation and Work in different time zones and provide 24 x 7 support whenever required.
• Ensure all Metrics of the department are achieved. SLA/SLO s are achieved as committed.
• Follow Agile SAFE methods for project deliveries.
• Represent team in Change Management and other ITIL functions.

Basic Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience; or Master s degree with 4 years; or PhD with 2 years of experience.
• Requires deep knowledge of job area obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Viewed as having a specialty within discipline. May have broad knowledge of project management.
• Knowledge of enterprise ticket software solutions such as Service NOW and other monitoring tools including SCOM, Tanium and BPM.
• Experience with security monitoring tools, incident management tools, orchestration, automation, logging platforms, and application performance tools such as Defender ATP, Dome9, NewRelic, Splunk, SumoLogic, Azure Security Center, Swimlane, etc.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud provider relationships - Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Platform
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Microsoft Secure Development Lifecycle, and, Center for Internet Security Framework.
• Strong understanding of security principals in relation to audit, policies, guidelines, and compliance.
• Experience in security tools and technology (next-gen firewalls Fortigate,Palo Alto,Check point,Firepower, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management - Qualys, log management/SIEM - Splunk, AV/malware, VPNs) required.
• Experience in End point management software such as SCCM, Citrix CEM, Addigy etc.
• Experience in automation of different data sources and create platforms for automated remediation where ever possible.
• Experience in scripting for UNIX, Windows and Network. PowerShell, Python and Perl scripting experience will preferred.
• Experience with scripting/coding languages (PowerShell, Batch, Visual Basic) including the development and execution of PowerShell scripts to automate IT tasks and processes
• Experience with the following cloud & virtualization technologies are preferred: Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google GCP, Hyper-V Virtualization
• Experience with Microsoft Server 2012 through Server 2016- OS installation/configuration. Experience in Remote application deployment.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and networking technologies
• Experience in Citrix products (NetScaler, XenApp, XenDesktop, XenMobile) desirable.
• Ability to communicate technical and security-related concepts to a focused audience of technical and non-technical employees.
• CISSP or GIAC certifications desirable. ITIL and PMP certifications preferred.
