Role Overview:As an experienced server-side developer, you will have the exciting opportunity to build expertise in building the machine learning production system (MLOps). You will be part of a team deploying state-of-the-art AI solutions for Fractal clients, contributing to the transition of large companies into becoming AI-driven organizations.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to deploy and operate advanced analytics machine learning models- Automate and streamline model development and model operations- Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments- Enable model tracking, model experimentation, and model automation- Develop scalable ML pipelines and MLOps components in the machine learning development lifecycle- Work across all phases of model development to build MLOps components- Build the knowledge base required to deliver complex MLOps projects on Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or On-Premise- Be an integral part of client business development and delivery engagements across multiple domainsQualifications Required:- 3-5 years of experience building production-quality software- Strong experience in System Integration, Application Development, or Data Warehouse projects- Basic knowledge of MLOps, machine learning, and Docker- Proficiency in object-oriented languages like Python, PySpark, Java, C#, C- Experience in developing CI/CD components for production-ready ML pipelines- Database programming skills using SQL- Knowledge of Git for source code management- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills- Foundational knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)- Hunger and passion for learning new skillsIf you are looking to work with enthusiastic over-achievers and enjoy wild growth, this opportunity could be the right fit for you.
