Job Description

DescriptionOpen Systems International, Inc. (OSI) www.osii.com is a fast-paced, growing, high technology company, headquartered in Medina, Minnesota. As a world leader in the Operations Technology (OT) field, OSI develops and supplies state-of-the-art energy management, optimization and control software solutions to energy utility companies worldwide.In this position - located in our ITPB, Whitefield, Bangalore, India office - you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Configure operating systems, hardware, and third-party software on client and server machines.
  • Design, implement and maintain network security guidelines, and a security infrastructure for corporate and customer infrastructures.
  • Implement entire customer systems including Operating Systems, Network, and various third party security software.
  • Design and develop deployment of operating systems, networking devices, and a variety of 3rd party security software for implementation by other departments across all customer projects.
  • Implement security services for corporate and customer networks.
  • Conduct data security forensic analysis and risk assessment for the entire infrastructure.
, Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Networking, System Administration, Network Administration or related field.
  • 5 -10 years of experience in networking.
  • Ability to work with end users as well as executive level representatives.
  • Experience working in Windows and Linux / Unix environments.
  • Detailed understanding of LANs / WANs, internet technology, and network protocols.
