Responsible to Customer Environment Requests (CERs), Collect data from suppliers/ plants, Communicate to Suppliers/ Plants about EHS requirements, Compliance regulations. The project also requires updating DoNU, Test reports and other Environmental documents in SAP system along with Compliance checks and other data project support. Job Requirements Primarily responsible for Customer Environment Requests (CERs ) and collecting Environmental/ Compliance information from suppliers/ plants. Responsible for supporting in uploading DoNUs, Test reports, BOS data, RoHS/ REACH reports and other EH &S documents Communicating with Sales, Product Stewards, Compliance teams and supporting to requirements of EHS co- ordinators. Knowledge of IMDS upload, BOMcheck FMD & EHS regulations Maintain proficiency in the area of Environmental regulations and industry compliance standards. Maintain proficiency in the area of documentation, presentations and evaluation of EHS/ quality reports and supplier analysis. Planning, prioritizing, solving problems, reporting progress and executing established project objectives. Investigate and develop technologies to increase Molex capabilities, reduce costs and leverage corporate skills. Document policies, procedures and standards to facilitate consistent practices throughout the world and provide a vehicle for employee training. Support for Molex EH & S policies and procedures. Monitoring the Quality and delivery of outputs and implementing corrections to the processes if necessary.
