Introduce, Develop and Maintain products for PSBU Cable Harness in IndiaJob Requirements1. Introduce, Develop and Maintain products for PSBU Cable Harness in India 2. Understand customer requirements and covert the same into Engineering Specification 3. Prepare solid models, drawings and specifications. 4. Work on BOM Breakdown and load BOM information in ZGQS to support Quote Process. Try to propose alternates from Molex and work with Customer to get them approved 5. Prepare TAR to capture VOC and Share Molex stand against the VOC 6. Initiate Sample ( Rise RFS + Approve 1st Pc) followed by Customer Approval.Recommend alternate and get it approved from customer to ensure minimum sample development LT7 Work to release product engineering deliverables ontime to ensure smooth transistion from NPD to Mass Production 8 Work with CFT team to ensure PPAP / PPEP / GPPAP / PSW are submitted based on customer requirement 9 Participate in product concepts and proposal development. 10 Participate in Design Reviews, DFMEA, PFMEA, Design for Manufacturability. 11 Work with other design center to get clarifications on design / material etc. for products manufactured but not controlled by Molex India (cable harness).Travel Required10- 20% Equal Opportunity EmployerMolex is an affirmative action/ equal opportunity employer.Number of Openings1,
