Job Description

  • Provide technical leadership to identify and define the right component/system abstractions/capabilities for current/future product/platform asks
  • Hire, retain and develop the best technical talent for the team
  • Communicate and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver projects
  • Partner with the Products team to contribute to the product strategy and support product vision
  • Understand business goals and contribute to business strategy
  • Drive project execution using agile methodologies by removing impediments along the way with the big picture in mind
  • Provide scalable and reliable technology solutions in a rapidly changing environment
What you ll need:
  • B.E/B.Tech or any other similar qualification
  • Minimum 9 years of relevant work experience in the technology domain including people management experience
  • Past experience of working with a startup or managing small and reasonably independent teams
  • Strong technical knowledge with a track record of individual technical accomplishments
  • Ability to establish credibility with smart engineers quickly and provide longer-term vision and motivation
  • Experience with new open source technologies and their adoption into Product/ Platform
  • Deep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available set-up
  • Experience of managing teams and delivering high-quality projects on time
  • Experience with recruiting, coaching, mentoring and retaining the best technical talent
