Job Description

YOU as an Engineering Manager will have the opportunity to collaborate with the brightest engineering minds and work on cutting-edge technology in the area of Cloud & Security.Position Overview:Citrix Workspace Security team is on a mission to provide the best application delivery experience for modern application architectures deployed on cloud-native infrastructure. We are continuously innovating to secure Workspace delivery by way of extending ZeroTrust capabilities in cloud-native deployments. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team to take challenges associated with security, performance, scale, usability, and visibility in a distributed environment.Role responsibilities:

  • Craft a meaningful vision for the team, working with cross functional stakeholders
  • Manage prioritisation, trade-offs and set appropriate expectations for delivery
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team s ability to meet strategic and technical goals
  • Oversee daily activities of team and provide direction and guidance as needed
  • Develop, coach, mentor individuals and teams and ensure high performance in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software development with 1-2 years of demonstrated leadership experience in leading large scale projects.
  • BS (or higher, e.g., MS, or PhD) in Computer Science with strong fundamentals in OS, networking etc.
  • Proven experience setting measurable goals and metrics to drive success for teams
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, nurture developers and coach high performing teams
  • You should have experience in building Cloud Services in the area of Cloud Security using Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Chart, Jenkins etc.
  • Experience in SSLVPN/CASB/ZeroTrust/SaaS technology with knowledge in Windows, Mac, Mobile Devices is a plus
