Job Description

  • Design and develop backend components that interacts with Citrix XenDesktop server side components
  • Have ability to lead high performing engineers and drive innovation
  • Drive technical discussions with Architect, PM, Design, Engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Takes care of Project and Sprint plans, comes up with estimates for project planning.
  • Take care of customer user cases and drive to get fixes for customers.
  • Makes sure team delivers high quality product as well as Automation and processes.
  • Communicates with stakeholders outside the team and gets consensus on project plans
  • Helps team in making right decisions and clears road blocks.
  • Build a team of high performing engineers and lead service deliverables.
Requirements
  • BS degree or equivalent in computer science or related field is required
  • Minimum of 7+ years of directly related work experience.
  • At-least 2 years of experience as a Team lead /Tech Lead or as a People manager.
  • Core back end windows systems application software development experience with very good problem solving skills.
  • Expertise in Multi-Threaded Programming, debugging issues using any one debug tool.
  • Very good object oriented programming development knowledge, C#/.NET /C++
  • Flexible to develop, deliver components either using C++ or C#/.Net based on the business dynamics
  • Exposure to algorithms and design patterns would be an advantage.
  • Expertise with Basic Networking and OS concepts.
  • Extensive knowledge and discipline in software engineering process (for ex: Scrum/Agile /SAFE).
  • Proficiency with software development project estimation, engineering tools, and concepts.
  • Experience with task prioritization and delegation .
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills .
  • Have ability to lead high performing engineers and drive innovation.
