• Enterprise applications engineering - Lead will be responsible to lead and manage a team and will work on applications engineering including plan, build, design and implementation of the enterprise applications across the organization globally.
• Responsible and will administer all the enterprise applications of the organization.
• Accountable for planning, building, testing, implementing, and maintaining products or services of all enterprise applications.
• Perform analysis, quality checks, defect identifications and mitigations, managing risks for successful deployment of enterprise applications.
• Accountable for PoC, evaluation, design, implement and releasing the applications with the defined scope, quality and on schedule.
• Advocate with statistical data on the business value gained, increased efficiency, reduced operational overhead to the business units as part of enterprise applications deployment.
• Liaison between business units and users to understand their functional and operational requirements to design appropriate, relevant, and future ready solution.
• Collaborating with business units and shared services groups on integrating third party applications with our enterprise applications for seamless integrations/standards.
• Maintaining and managing the security aspects of the applications including user access management, identity access management (RBAC).
• Taking ownership to perform upgrades, deployments, and changes with no/minimal disruptions.
• Adhering to the change management and communication process for all the enterprise applications.
• Assuring that all the work efforts are kept under the lens of laid processes and procedures.
• Maintaining integrity of the infrastructure and wellbeing of the applications and systems are of priority.
• Assisting cross functional teams (Site Infra engineering and End user computing) on hot fixes, releases, and patch management.
• Responsible for managing vendors of the respective applications for raising the problems and devising the solutions.
• Stay abreast with technical partners and be well informed on all the new and applicable updates about the respective enterprise applications.
• Owning detailed documentation on minor/major incidents, process refinements, process enhancements.
• Maintaining and managing knowledge base management system of the products and services supported by the enterprise applications.
• Maintaining and housekeeping the compliance standards in conjunction with EUC group.
• To automate monotonous activities, innovate and redefine the systems/processes/procedures.

• Good to have the knowledge of integrating third party applications with organization s enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of the functionality of enterprise applications, including defining and mapping data fields against any application for smooth integrations.
• Working experience on Microsoft 365/Unified Endpoint Management components like: -
  • Azure AD
  • Azure Information Protection
  • Advanced Threat Protection
  • Intune
  • Windows 10
• Strong exposure of administering O365 environment.
• Managing O365 collaboration tools/products including but not limited to OneDrive, SharePoint & Teams.
• Working exposure on Google workspace: managing users, administrative activities to maintain and manage Google workspace.
• Deep knowledge in running/managing DNS, DHCP and standard TCP/IP Services and Applications in an Enterprise environment.
• Intermediate-to-advanced level knowledge in supporting & managing Windows AD 2012/2016.
• Proven automation skills in PowerShell / Python is a must.
• Proficiency and good understanding of Unix environment.
• Must have MDM (Mobile Device Management) knowledge, including Jamf and Intune.
• Expert level knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and managing Patch Management, current Gen Antivirus/Antispam Solutions
• Have worked on products/solutions using RADIUS, 2-Factor Authentication and SSH
• Proficient in running infrastructure following SLAs, SLOs, OLAs and have proven experience in implementing and managing them in start-up / engineering organizations.
• Applies data driven and meticulous approaches in holding Support & Operations to higher standards.
• Evangelizes and drives Corp initiatives and Programs across the org. Equipped with Presentation and Documentation skills to effectively create decks and share plans/roadmaps across the Org.
• Ideal candidate is someone with 8-11 years of relevant experience with the above skill set along with 2-3 years of lead/managerial experience.
