Enterprise Data & Analytics Lead Engineer

Job Description

Role Overview:As an Enterprise Data & Analytics Lead Engineer at Kenvue, you will focus on unifying complex, siloed data from internal ERPs and Product Life Cycle Manager systems with external retail signals to optimize every stage from production to the shelf. You will be responsible for designing pipelines, developing a Medallion Architecture, orchestrating supply chain processes, implementing operational monitoring, and managing governance & security to ensure compliance with global data privacy standards.Key Responsibilities:- CPG Data Harmonization: Design pipelines to ingest, harmonize, and curate data from various sources like ERP, PLM, POS data from global retailers, and internal systems into a unified Delta Lake.- Lakehouse Implementation: Develop a Medallion Architecture in Databricks to ensure high-quality, trusted aggregated data model.- Supply Chain Orchestration: Use Databricks Workflows or Azure Data Factory to automate ETL/ELT processes for demand forecasting and inventory replenishment.- Operational Monitoring: Implement real-time streaming for immediate visibility into supply chain disruptions.- Governance & Security: Manage access control and data lineage for datasets using Unity Catalog to ensure compliance with data privacy standards.Qualification Required:- Education: Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.- Programming: 5 8 years of total work experience with at least 3 years in advanced SQL, PySpark, or Python.- Core Platform: Good grasp of Databricks and Azure/Cloud services.- Data Lineage: Experience with Unity Catalog for ensuring lineage from raw to curated data assets.- DevOps/DataOps: Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code for stable deployments.- Agile Development: Experience in working in a collaborative agile environment.- Cloud Architecture: Understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices.Additional Details:Kenvue is a global company with over 22,000 employees who are passionate about insights, innovation, and delivering the best products to customers.
