  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : -Liaising with the client technical representatives -Design /Build / deploy / transform existing datacenter to new datacenter -Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features
      • Technical Experience : -Profound knowledge and troubleshooting Checkpoint firewalls, management servers, MDS R8010 or above -Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and deploying Checkpoint VSX clusters, Virtual systems and Warp links -Experience in troubleshooting VSX clusters in ClusterXL Acitve/standby and VSLS clustering -Hand-on experience in troubleshooting IPSEC site-to-site and remote access VPNs between Checkpoint firewalls and 3rd party vendors -Hands-on experience in planning and executing Checkpoint
      • Professional Attributes : -Good Communication skills written verbal -Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts -Good Interpersonal Skills
    • Educational Qualification : BE
