Job Description

    Department: Broking channelDesignation: Branch DealerGrade: E1 or E2Years of Exp: 1 to 4 yrsReporting to: M3/M4Role:1. Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their equity portfolio forlong-term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for the short/ medium term.2. Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level ofretention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business.3. To maintain a synergetic relationship with Relationship Managers, by supporting their efforts toenhance business.4. To keep abreast of market knowledge and market intelligence.5. Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence to Compliance & Risk.6. Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.Skills & Knowledge:1. Graduate / Postgraduate with overall experience of 3- 4 yrs, with minimum 1 - 2 yrs exp in Equitieson the client advisory side2. Should have a sound understanding of capital markets,3. Should be a result-oriented, self-starter, and proactive4. Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills, and good communication skills.5. Should be certified in NISM 8 - Equity Derivatives.
