Dear Candidate,Greetings from Golden opportunities!Job Title : AM Equity settlementsAbout Organization: Role is for one of the largest ITES Organizationhaving Pan India presence and provides services in strategyconsultingdigitaltechnology and operations. It is a stable and an organization known for good employee culture.Role Brief :

  • The incumbent of this role will be responsible for managing the Settlements/Operations Transformation team in Bangalore and ensure the service is provided to the client in risk controlled environment and adherence to SLAs.
  • He / She should ensure appropriate governance structure in place with the counterparts. He / She must also take accountability for the performance of the team resulting in the overall deliveries to the client.
  • The incumbent must sponsor the process improvement projects that may ariseensure appropriate team structure is in place to support future growthmake sure a robust succession plan is in place
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
  • Knowledge of key markets rules.
  • Awareness of key markets and equity settlements.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Customer focus
  • The incumbent of this role must be able to coordinate effectively with the support team ,Client and the team members.
  • Ensure BCP arrangements are in place and workingMaintaining the standards of delivery consistently.
  • Ensure permanent supervision is completed in timely manner.
  • Ensure team is fully aware of all the procedures and deadlines at all times.
  • Ensure that the process documents are up to date and capture all new updates in the market.
  • Ensure operations are run in a risk controlled environment with adequate checks and controls.
  • Play active role and sponsor process improvements.
  • Manage a team of about 10-12 analyst with 2 TLs
  • Ensure right mix of analyst (JPE:PE:SPE) exists in the team
Candidate Expectations:
  • 6 8 years of industry experience of which 3 - 4 years of supervisory experience
  • Graduate/Post Graduate (preferably Commerce Graduate)
  • Candidates have to be flexible with shifts
  • Need Immediate Joiners or 30 Days Notice
