POsition SUmmaryDepartment Information Technology SAPLocation KIADB Industrial Area , Bidadi , Ramanagar , Bengaluru , IndiaReports to SAP PP / VC LeadKey role responsibilitiesProduction Planning and Quality Management Hands - on experience in both implementation and support activities of SAP PP and QM modules Configure SAP for Discrete Manufacturing Process with MTS and MTO Requirements Production Planning , SOP , Demand Management and MRP Shop Floor Execution , Capacity planning , Kanban , ATP in Mfg , IM , Sales , Delivery All relevant master data setup and configuration needed Batch Management and Classification System Knowledge in Variant configuration Various QM master data , configuration and its setup Quality inspection in procurement In process inspection for manufacturing materials and final QC inspection To have experience with interface to external equipment / instruments Integration of PP / QM with other modules like SD , MM , FI / CO and WM Experience of working with ABAP developers for FRICE objects needed for business Experience with use of LSMW and other tools for master data load. qualifications and experienceEducation University Graduate in Engineering or ITExperience 6 Years of Functional experience in Production Planning & Quality Management areas in SAP.
