Position Title: Search Engine Optimisation Specialists
REPORTING TO: Senior Manager Group Websites

OVERALL OBJECTIVES :
The Search Engine Optimisation Specialist will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing organic and paid search engine marketing activities in collaboration with local stakeholders.
This position is key to the future growth of our online presence and the Search Engine Optimisation Specialist will be responsible for the top - to - bottom management of our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities for the Eurofins Group Websites (an international network of 800 laboratories across 47 countries in Europe, North and South America and Asia - Pacific)
SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:
Analyse and optimise the Group websites.
This role requires the ability to operate on a tactical and strategic level, covering all aspects of the search marketing roadmap (including keyword management, creation of campaign messaging, creative testing, and analytics) and a robust, scalable, long term social media marketing plan.
Control, Evaluate and Reporting.
The Search Engine Optimisation Specialist will act as a Subject Matter Expert for search engine optimisation and marketing channels, managing the channels by tracking, reporting, and analyzing all initiatives and campaigns. In addition, extensive reports need to be set up, maintained and continuously improved upon, so that on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, management and marketing staff receive tailored reporting on their websites, their performance in search engines and are able to benchmark their performance against internal standards and external competitors.
Subject matter and product expertise
Become a product expert in our industry, understand hot issues and new developments, and create an associated keyword expansion roadmap, working with the individual country marketing teams to help them develop relevant keywords and page content. The person performing this role is expected to stay up to date with new advances in search engine marketing, competitive landscape, and keyword research. This position will improve and update guidelines for SEO that can be used also by inexperienced users. An expert in analysis of broad trends as well as minute details, the SEO Specialist serves as the gatekeeper and measurement expert on the web team.
Ongoing SEO/SEM/social media activities
The Search Engine Optimisation Specialist will work with all country marketing teams, to implement search engine optimization (SEO) recommendations to the respective regional websites as well as the global corporate web presence.
He/she will also develop near and long - term Organic and PPC strategies, roadmaps and execute day - to - day tactics that increase website visibiity, site traffic and conversion in consultation with local stakeholders. This position will identify and report on key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis.
User support and training
The Search Engine Optimisation Specialist will train and educate new and experienced users on emerging trends in SEO and Online marketing techniques, and also provide professional advice on these topics to marketing users and content writers.

Additional Education Background:
Certifications in SEO/SEM/Digital Marketing/Google Analytics will be an added advantage
Language skills and level expected:
Excellent written, verbal and comprehension skills in English
Type and duration of previous
experience:
Total of 3 - 5 years of demonstrated work experience in the IT industry or in a digital marketing, branding/promotion or online marketing agency.
3+ years of solid online marketing experience which includes SEO/SEM and SMO operations.
Must have managed at least 10 online campaigns for large corporates in enterprise B2B accounts, spanning various categories.
Technical Knowledge:
Demonstrated expertise in Google Analytics management, reporting and recommedations.
Proficiency in creation and execution of on page / off page strategies
Very strong experience with any popular SEO tools like SEO Moz, Raven, HubSpot, SEMRush,etc.
Advanced knowledge of popular keyword monitoring/ promotion tools, such as Wordtracker, Keyword Discovery, etc.
Experience in execution of successful link popularity campaigns
Proven track record of online campaign management and reporting
Demonstrated skills in Social Media Optimisation for multiple categories in an enterprise scale environment.
Hands on experience on HTML, CSS and Javascript.
Demonstrated expertise in article writing and submission, Blog Posting, Forum Posting, Social Bookmarking, Directory Submission, RSS Submission
Experience in writing and editing on Content Management Systems is desirable
Expert proficiency in MS office products particularly MS Excel. VBScript and .NET is a plus.
