Job Description Account Payable Job DescriptionPerform accounting and clerical duties related to processing of accounts payable transactions.Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities2 years of Accounts Payable experienceReview all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to posting in the systemRespond to all vendor inquiries on daily basisReconcile vendor statements, correct discrepanciesAbility to interact with employees and vendors in a professional mannerMaintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practicesAssist with other projects as neededCoordinate the team to ensure invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.Experience in Banking includes BRS, OD accounts, Outward & Inwards Remittance documents procedures and Good relationship with banks to done works on time.Cash management and process the payments to local vendor and payment process to import goods and services, document generation of 15CB and 15CA, Experience in Banking day to day BRS, funds management between inter banks, Knowledge of GST/ Income tax &N TDS Compliances.Qualifications B.Com/ M.com,
