Job Description

    • Support the business leader to develop & execute business unit strategy based on BGSW #FitForFuture vision.
    • Drive and lead cross functional and strategic initiatives as part of the business s growth strategy.
    • Support the business with reports (Financial, Business etc.); ensure yearly calendar is published and executed as planned (Business review, Goal definition, deployment etc.); Support in preparation data for decision making in SX/ETH (Future proofing, Scenario planning)
    • Prepare high quality content-based collaterals and presentations for GLs, partners, and associates.
    Business and Strategic
    • To support and lead including playing a pivotal role in building business practices medium term and long-term strategic plan
    • Anchor portfolio management, business model evolution, strategic alliances, partnerships and go to market strategy execution
    • Work towards developing a dominant position in identified niche market areas by focused actions and measures (both tactical and strategic)
    • Contributions should directly indirectly translate to product portfolio expansion, translating to business area growth
    • A keen business acumen and judgment would be needed to make most of the demands on time and to focus only the essential ones.
    Interfaces and influencing abilities
    • Engage with key stakeholders of the practice for ideas, business, operational synergy across
    • Plan and coordinate agenda and execution for partner / stakeholder meeting and visits (including Sr. Mgmt both Indian and Overseas)
    • Preparation of discussion summaries, tracking of Open Points and call for action would be an essential skill.
    • Communicate with stakeholders for branding and ecosystem engagement as deemed necessary.
    Other qualities
    • Strong strategic and analytic orientation coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills; Deadline driven, self-motivated; persuasive in nature;
    • Confident and grounded on own ability to work alongside an executive with conflicting priorities - Logical and analytical in approach; Go-getter with a never say die attitude.
    • We are looking for an individual with good Business acumen, a mature and well-developed sense of discretion while being open and approachable to the stakeholders;
    Work Mode: The role requires flexibility including occasional domestic travels and extensive working out from BGSW office site at Bangalore,
