Job Description

  • ORGANISATION:
A large and reputed Private Deemed University
  • ROLE:
  1. Prepare the daily / weekly / fortnightly meeting schedule
  2. Calendar management of the Chancellor
  3. Capture and prepare the MoMs of all the meetings
  4. Follow-up of the outcome of meeting with the concerned
  5. Maintain the general filing system and file all the internal and external correspondence
  6. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and Conference telephone calls
  7. Prepare preparations for the Chancellors office as per the requirement
  8. Direct the visitors to the appropriate office / staff member
  9. Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies / Stationary
  10. Respond to the internal or external inquiries / Communication
  11. Preparing and maintain confidential documents of the Chairman / Chancellors office
  12. Make travel arrangements for as and when required
  13. Any other responsibilities from time to time
  • CANDIDATE
  1. 6 - 8 years experience as EA
  2. Graduate with Diploma inSecretarial Practice
  3. Should be good in written and verbal communication
  4. Should have good internal personal skills
  5. Should know preferably south Indian languages
  6. Should be flexible to work in any given situation / time
  7. Should be willing work 6 days in a week
  • LOCATION : Bangalore (North)
  • SALARY : 5-6 LPA (can go up for deserving candidates)
