NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Executive Briefing Specialist for NTT DATAs India Client Experience Program to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN- KA), India (IN). Role / Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of execution for any briefing, meeting or event taking place in the EBC. Having the EBC in a ready state always, through constant checks on the housekeeping, maintenance and overall look and feel. EBC product inventory management. Liaise with Marketing Operations / Finance/ Procurement team for any purchase orders and expense tracking. Interface with various vendors / agencies to bring in any innovative, creative and hospitality concepts and enhancements for the EBC. Regular coaching and supervision of the facility team that supports the EBC, to ensure high standards of hospitality is always maintained. Execute assigned briefings and other program activities as per the predefined SLA s. Manage & maintain the digital content displayed throughout the EBC. Support the Program Director on reports required for leadership review. Support the Program Director on scheduling briefings.
