The AY team is anchored around a North Star which is made up of 5 Dimensions (Grow Our Careers, Enable our Workforce, Empower our People, Reinforce Our Culture and Build Our Teams) inspiring an engaged workforce to anticipate and adopt new and emerging technology capabilities, modern engineering practices and architectural constructs.As an integral member of the GT AY team, the INDIA Advancing You Program Manager (Executive Director) reports locally to the INDIA Regional Head for CTO and globally to AY Leadership The INDIA AY Program Manager is responsible for organizing & coordination of AY programs and activities for Global Technology within INDIA and will have manager responsibilities for the APAC Program Lead.Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Drive convergence and alignment of related LOB-driven activities with a view to ensuring ROI and operating leverage across GT.
  • The implementation and successful execution of key Empowered Technology Talent (ETT) priorities and change management activities across INDIA, with a focus on identifying and driving a best fit approach for the region and scaling across INDIA.
  • INDIA AY Program Governance:
    • Ability to establish and build relationships and strong partnerships both regionally and globally at senior levels across Global Technology & HR
    • Ability to drive change across client groups including stakeholder analysis, communication plan and measurement strategy
    • Responsible for aligning regional activities with global strategy and North Star program objectives
    • Tracking and reporting regional AY progress to regional leadership
    • Driving the overall agenda with specific ownership for certain activities
    • Reviewing ROI and adjusting approach as/ when applicable
    • Partnering with global leads to ensure programs are managed within budget
    • Ensuring goals are met and analyzing/ managing program risk
    • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
  • INDIA Program Ownership for (including ad-hoc delivery of content):
    • Technology for Social Good
    • LEAP
    • PowerUp
Partner with Functional HR Partners to execute upon ETT priorities, including:
    • Organization Design efforts to better define a new operating model for the technology organization, as well as driving the necessary changes to our Job Family construct in-support of the new operating model
    • Manager Excellence - provide managers with the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to lead effectively
    • Diversity focused recruitment activities and programs (determine regional fit for purpose)
Key relationships:
  • Partner with INDIA Regional Head for CTO, APAC Program Lead and AY Leadership Team to plan annual activities across the region and liaise with location specific leads to execute
  • Partner with INDIA GT Communications Lead to create and execute upon an engaging communication strategy
  • Partner with INDIA GT HR Teams (HRBP, L&D, Recruitment) to execute upon cross team priorities
