Job Description

    Appointed person has to assist the Finance Manager in the smooth functioning of the financial operation of the company.In coordination with the Finance Manager they are responsible for pending payment follow up.Responsible for the payment follow up and collection for outstation customers You are expected to keep the sales and marketing team member about their pending payments on a regular basis.You are responsible to collect the daily sales and collection details of branch office, send report to finance team on a daily basis. Monthly sales and collection report also needs to be sent to theFinance team on the last day of the month.You are responsible for preparation of age wise debtor analysis and update the Finance team and Sales team to proceed with the further action.Every week you are responsible to check the credit limit of the dealers and update the same to the Finance Manager .Before dispatching check the outstanding balance of customers Passing Tally entries regarding vendor payment Bank Reconciliation , Interbranch reconciliation Sending Outstanding & ledger statements to Customer & Handling accounts related queries to customers Sending invoice copies to customers,sales team as & when required, Preperation of REceipts
