Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and engagement.
  • Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and cold-calling, mailers, internet search like- Linked In, Zauba, EPFO, India mart, etc
  • Should achieve a daily quota of outbound calls.
  • Initiate contact with decision-makers and influencers within organizations and HR Outsourcing agencies for building relationships,
  • Identifying new opportunities and selling company products.
  • Create sales qualified leads and pipeline that drives sales/ calling quota / to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly targets
  • Discuss and convey the advantages of the product & solution offering
  • Meet and exceed all monthly quarterly and annual sales qualified lead quota.
  • Should know how to handle, objection, qualify and answer questions regarding the Product, solution, and services
  • Log Lead generation/managements activity and contacts in sales system or CRM
  • Develop a database of prospective client companies in Specified location & across various sectors.
  • English and Hindi Speaking is a must

Educational Qualifications: Any graduate with relevant job experience

Competencies:

  • Essential selling skills and prospecting skills
  • A proven hunter and closer
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication (English and Hindi)
  • Interactive one-to-one sales background, particularly in the SaaS space
  • Should know Mailing and Telephone Etiquette
  • Pitching and Positioning a product
  • Primary and secondary research
  • Objection Handling
  • Knowledge of the Cloud platform, products, and services are a plus
  • Should have worked on any sales CRM
  • Time management
