Finance Executive - MIS And Compliance | Finance Job in Bangalore Executive MIS And Compliance (Finance) Summary of the Job: SISA is looking for a diligent and dedicated team member for the finance team. The candidate should be able to effectively manage day - to - day reporting in terms of monthly financial , MIS , accounting , etc. , which in turn helps the management team to take timely decisions on various aspects of performance. This position is responsible for all areas relating to accounting functions and financial reporting.Experience: 4 5 years Qualifications: M. Com , MBA (Finance) , CA preferred Skill Sets: Must have good knowledge in MIS (Management Information Systems) to accumulate and analyze financial data in order to make good financial management decisions Basic tax knowledge of TDS , PF , ESI , PT and Income Tax Good Communication skills Knowledge on foreign countries tax like US , Australia , UK and Singapore will be an added advantage Strong experience in MIS and meet the company s financial expectations of generating MIS from outputs generated by the systems include accounting reports , operating and capital budgets , working capital reports , cash flow forecast , and various What if Analysis reports. Should be able to do evaluation of financial data and perform through ratio analysis , trend evaluation and financial planning. Good in Compliance of Indian tax and Foreign entity taxes like US , UK , Australia and Singapore. 4 - 5 year s High Volume corporate MIS experience and compliance management. Knowledge of basic MIS ratios , analysis and forecasting. Able to collect information in a manner that is accurate , timely , complete , reliable , and consistent. Sharing accurate daily , weekly , Monthly , Quarterly and Yearly MIS to Management in terms of billing region wise , business executive wise , segment wise. The reports should be able to help the management of the business to make high - level decisions to scale the company. Inform the management about their execution of the budgets so they know whether they are within limits or exceeding them. Share P&L region wise , segment wise monthly , quarterly , yearly to management with accurate and reliable data. Good in Negotiation with vendors and cost costing wherever required. Sharing MIS of cash flows on monthly , quarterly and yearly basis to the top management which will help in goal setting , strategic planning and evolving business plans and their implementation. The manager or RM should be informed on the progress , achievements , trends and shortfalls in the activity and the targets. Should be able to share the Decision analysis MIS to management like Cash flow analysis , Sources and uses of funds analysis , Debtors analysis and ageing , Creditors analysis and ageing , Budget analysis , Ratio analysis and management norms , Maintenance cost analysis. Should have experience and sound knowledge of compliance like Income tax , GST , TDS , PF , ESI & PT. Compliance return filing and payments as well. Foreign entity tax compliance knowledge of countries like US , UK , Australia and Singapore will be an added advantage.
