Review the potential suspicious transaction independently and proactively action on them by canceling the services. Conduct extensive research on past transactions to validate the transactions. Reporting the current fraud trend and provide solution to mitigate the same. Liaise with the internal / external teams for the cancellation of fraudulent bookings and follow up for early closure. Liaise with the payment gateways for charge- back resolution to ensure minimum losses. Working knowledge of: Has a hands on experience in verification process, payment gateways. Chargeback/ Dispute resolution. Fluent communication skills (Written & oral) Basic MS office knowledge (Pivot, V- look up, H- lookup, etc.) Willing to work on weekends and shifts. Experience of handling rule based fraud screening tool would be an added advantage,
