This position is responsible for the technical support for downstream process of the manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day operational activities in the downstream platform for monoclonal antibodies produced in mammalian cell line.The major responsibilities include1. To actively participate in the day to day activities of downstream process.2. To provide technical leadership for junior staff engaged in downstream process activities.3. Actively involve in the statistical design, execution, analysis, and troubleshooting ofprocess scale-up activities.Requirements:1. M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Biochemistry, or a related discipline.2. 2-6 years of industrial experience in the field of downstream process.3. Experience in managing scientific staff.4. Thorough knowledge of cGMPs related to the production of protein therapeutics.5. Experience in scale-up of purification processes.6.
