You will be working on 1-15-20 Top MNC Clients, Cater to their Hiring requirements in SOFTWARE, BPO, Call Centre, F&A, HEALTHCARE, INSURANCE, BANKING Domains.This Exposure gives Good Impetus to your Career Prospects.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Create and update Job descriptions.
    2. Source and engage candidates through online platforms.
    3. Screen Resumes.
    4. Conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
    5. Advertise job openings on job portals and social media.
    6. Shortlist candidates .
    7. Collaborate with Managers to identify Hiring needs.
    8. Strong communication skills,
    9. Knowledge of Resume databases, and expertise in sourcing techniques are essential.
    10. Sound judgement and decision-making abilities are a must
