Key Responsibilities: Preparation & review of Export Promotion License applications like Advance Authorization, MEIS, SEIS, replies related to customs and JDGFT matter Redemption of Licenses with JDGFT and full knowledge of latest notification with deployment experience in Manufacturing setup Annuals submission of EPCG related documentations to DGFT and closure thereof Resolve queries related to logistics documentation with Stores, QC & Accounts on daily basis Submission of weekly MIS report related to open points with various Govt. agencies Due diligence of Import & Export procedures & applicability to items, getting updated on changes in policies, notifications, trade notices & percolate the knowledge Execution of assign task as per guidelines of management Review with service providers / consultants like FF & CHA & DGFT on daily / weekly basis and ensure Intime completion of activities Maintenance of data and documents for the various activities handled for customs and DGFT related matters EOU unit procedures & establishment Support to Sales / marketing team for Export Logistics costs & timelines Knowledge on Import & export customs clearance, duties, taxation & GST Experience in MS-office tools and reporting Education - Any graduation / Technical qualification not required. Total Experience: 3- 5 Years Preferred - Candidate should have experience in MNC Manufacturing company with Advance License, EPCG, DGFT and EOU experience is Must. ,
