Job Description

    Role & responsibilities
    • Plan Factory Layout with the factory Management from Marketing to Packing.
    • Setup Each department Process Layout, SOP and Material Flow
    • Responsible for entire operations of unit right from fabric in-house to shipment out going.
    • Monitoring daily production details of all departments.
    • Instructing all team members to improve productivity by regularly conducting review meetings.
    • Ensure on time shipment of planned quantity.
    • Coordinate with merchandising team in case of any issues related to raw material, production etc.
    • Responsible to adopt and ensure all safety precautions are adhered as per their job requirement.
    • Required to contribute towards environmental health & safety implementation from time to time as per instructions displayed on the notice board.
