Our cloud based Femto Cluster manager is a common OAM manager based on latest in technology. You will be part of Systems engineering team, creating requirements, interfacing with the product management, development and test teams.What you will learn and contribute toAre you passionate about creating world class products As part of our team, you will:

• Develop Specification of s/w telecom Features for Nokia Femto Products and 5G Smart node range of products
• Understand and become highly proficient in Wireless cutting edge technologies e.g. LTE/4G, 5G, Small Cells, cloud based products
• Understand real-world Customer deployments, help in fixing issues and incorporating feedback into product features.
• Interface with Product management and understand customer requirement to define product requirements and user stories.
• Leadership of feature development as product owner - Interface with developement , test and customer documentation teams.
• Define specifications for security features for Nokia Femtocells 4G & 5G products.
• Work on both internal & external customer requirements.
• Continuous evaluation and definition of product capabilities to ensure the product reaches and retains compliance to evolving industry and Nokia security requirements and standards.
• Act as Security Lead and involve in Security Hardening, Security Architecture, Threat and Risk analysis, Security Vulnerability Management etc.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Architects, Development Teams to define product security roadmap, feature definitions and backlog prioritization and deliver high quality products & solutions.
• Identification of product security gaps and deficiencies, translating them into enhancements/ backlog items
• Representing R&D internally and externally.

Your skills and experience You have:

• Degree B.E/B.Tech, Stream CSE/IT/ECE/EEE, Minimum 10 years experience in mobile network product system engineering, development, or system test
• Minimum 10 years experience in mobile network product system engineering, development, system test or network engineering.
• Domain Knowledge in User Security / Platform Security / Network Security areas e.g. PKI, Certificate management, TCP/IP networking, firewall, Linux.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current and emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, trends and mitigations.
• Experience in defining and implementing security solutions for telecom systems.
• Knowledge of wireless technologies (WCDMA/LTE/5G/ORAN) & network architecture.
• Relevant industry certificates like CISSP, CEH, CISM, CRISC will be an advantage.
• Proven technical leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and capability to work in international multi-site environment.
