Job Description

    Position: Field Collection ExecutiveLocation: BangaloreCompany: KreditBeeJob DescriptionWe are looking for experienced Field Collection Executives to manage and execute on-ground loan collection activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle field operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct field visits to follow up on loan repayments from customers
    • Ensure timely recovery and maintain collection efficiency as per targets
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates
    • Coordinate with internal teams for updates and reporting
    • Handle customer queries and disputes professionally
    Requirements
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in loan/EMI collections (experience in Banks/NBFCs preferred)
    • Minimum educational qualification: Graduate.
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill
